As you may be aware, the Sindhi community celebrates the festival of Cheti Chand in honour of the birth of Ishtadeva Uderolal, popularly known as Jhulelal, the patron Saint of the Sindhis.
We have pleasure in recalling that on the day of Cheti Chand (2nd day of the month Chaitra in the Hindu calendar, known as Chet in the Sindhi language and the first appearance of moon during the month) in April 1994, IndusInd Bank was set up in India under the leadership of Mr. S.P.
