IIHL completes RCAP acquisition
IIHL completed its acquisition of the debt-ridden RCap for ₹9,650 crore in March 2025, a deal that involved a three-year resolution process. The acquisition was officially completed with the transfer of the bid amount to RCAP’s lenders, and the management transfer took place on March 19, 2025.
